Hi, just thought I'd let you know about a couple of updates I just finished with:
You're now able to preview Headlines you write by pressing Draft and then Preview, which brings you to a page that looks just like the real headline page without comments. You'll also find a link back to the edit page in the preview page. Blogentry previews is incoming, it's done when it's done. =)
We've uploaded the Dingblog promo-video which you'll find here, there's also more information in the FAQ.
If you havn't noticed yet you'll be able to switch the activity feed between Everyone and your feeds only, you might also have noticed that the Forum menu button is *gone*, yes we're scrapping the forum completly. It has been replaced by a page named Activity, more information about this feature will be announced later on.
I've also taken care of various small bugs in the Publish page that I hope you havn't found ;)
In my previous entry I also wrote that the server software has been updated. This along with alot of cache:ing has made the pages load twice as fast.
More updates will be incoming, most likely on Marilyns Blog later next week. Have a nice weekend everyone! =)

In other news, I just upgraded the software on the server running this website to handle twice as many requests per second, which means there should be *even less* lag involved =)
There's now two links in the bottom of the activity feed that lets you decide if you want to see Everyone or only the blogs you're feeding on. You should also have a new setting under General Settings that will help you filter the activity feed by default. This feature is only available for registered accounts, so go ahead, register! =)
As usual please let me know if you find any bugs with this new feature, or if you have any questions simply ask them on IRC or in the comments here =)
This sucks, was at the vets office earlier today and they couldn't say what was wrong (yet) so I have to keep an eye on her that she doesn't get weaker.. She doesn't have any appetite left, hopefully she'll eat something later tonight.
Just added a tiny fix that will enable you to write www.moodh.dingblog.com as well as http://www.moodh.dingblog.com together with the basic http://moodh.dingblog.com
Just thought I'd let you know that you can pick what view in the activity feed on the front page you want to be visible by default. If you think the content updates too fast in Global I suggest you switch to Entries or Highlight.
